Our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on November 12, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Whistler Public Library. Members are welcome to join us and non-members are welcome to attend as observers.

We will present some highlights from the past year, our financials, volunteer awards, and elect the Board of Directors. If you're interested in learning more about our organization and what we do, would be willing to volunteer at events, or would like to join the board, then please come to our AGM. All are welcome!
